You pay one annual fee which allows one business to be listed on our platform. This will auto-renew on an annual basis. You may cancel this at anytime – if you have any issues please email [email protected] if you need any help.
Your annual fee allows you to add one listing for your business. This could be a venue, product or service. Be sure to fill your listing with as much information as possible so customers are more likely to choose your business!
Yes, you can cancel this at any time should you no longer wish to show up on the EventfulDay network. Navigate to your account and you can cancel your subscriptions here.
We always take every opportunity to rectify any issues with you directly before removal, this will always be the last resort. In very rare cases though, your listing could be removed if your listing contains violent or misleading information. Please see our terms and conditions for more information on this.
